Kitchen Rental Rates, Options & Other Fees

We provide multiple options for our registered clients to allow for each stage of your business needs, from the start-up with no capital, to the small business with a solid client base.

Hourly Rentals

Our hourly rental options allow for the start-up business to rent only the time needed, as needed. The only committment of time required of the hourly user is that you rent a minimum of two hours during each rental session.

Bulk Buy Program

Purchase blocks of time from 10-40+ hours, at 20%-30% discount. All block purchases expire after 60 days.  Click here for details.

Short Term Contracts

We offer short term contracts starting at 3-months for as little as 15 hours, up to unlimited use and exclusive use. Our contract terms provide our clients the most affordable rates available, and allow significant flexibility and limited risk.  Contact us today for a proposal.

Security Deposit

A fully refundable security deposit of $500 due upon Facility Use Agreement signing and refundable upon 30 days after termination and/or non-use of facility, whichever is greater.

Facility/Utility Supplement

A minimal hourly fee calculated by dividing the previous month facility utilities, service fees and supplies by the number of hours rented. (Average rate per hour in 2012 was $.89 cents)

Cleaning Fee

Assessed only if it has been reported that you did not meet the cleaning responsibilities defined in our policies

Receiving Fees

Flat $25 receiving fee for all private deliveries (not including community supply orders scheduled by Bake, Broil & Brew).

Walk-in Freezer/Cooler Monthly Rental

All clients have the day-use of shelf space in the Freezer and Cooler with their kitchen rental, however, you may rent a Stainless Steel Enclosed Rolling Rack (holds sheet pans or bins) $100/mth, Rolling Plastic Footlocker (31" X 17" X 13") $37.50/mth, or a caged shelf (freezer only) by the month for $75/mth.
